The Senior Technical Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the technical aspects of solar energy, BESS, and onshore wind projects. They ensure the successful completion of projects according to the regulations, specifications, quality requirements, plans and budgets, requiring in-depth knowledge of energy technology to address technical challenges and provide technical support.

．Develop and implement the technical strategy for onshore projects (solar, BESS and wind), including selecting the most suitable technologies and equipment to ensure long-term sustainability and competitiveness of the projects.
．Lead the technical team, including engineers and technical experts, coordinating their efforts, and ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
．Evaluate new developments in solar and storage energy technology and determine how to apply these innovations to enhance project performance and efficiency.
．Ensure that the technical aspects of onshore projects comply with company policies, industry standards and regulations and drive optimization and improvement.
．Provide technical support to project teams and other relevant parties to address technical issues and challenges.
．Participate Company’s Tech Center of Excellence (COE) and communicate company’s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, and stakeholders.
．Evaluate potential suppliers and contractors. Participate in the selection of equipment suppliers and engage in contract negotiations with them.
．Ensure that projects comply with local and national regulations and environmental requirements and adjust project technology strategies as necessary.
．Establish and maintain positive partnerships with suppliers, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support the success of onshore projects.
技能
．Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or scientific field, such as electrical engineering, energy engineering, etc.
．Work Experience 12-15 years
．Extensive knowledge and experience in energy technology, particularly in solar power generation.
．Familiarity with the energy market and regulations, adaptable to the rapidly changing industry landscape.
．Problem-solving and innovation abilities to address technical challenges.
．Strong communication (both English and Chinese) and leadership skills, capable of coordinating diverse stakeholders.
．Project management experience with the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
