IT Engineer (Helpdesk Engineer, Contractor)


• At least 3 year(s) technical hands-on experience with experience in end user support, Windows 10 and 11 PCs and Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, One Note, etc.)
• Security related products such as PC Security (anti-malware, firewall)
• Experience with Office 365 Administration including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Device Management
• PC and iPhone device management solution
• Knowledge of L2 and L3 networking
• Firewall (i.e., URL and application filtering, AV, WAF, IPS).
• Voice and Video Communication using Microsoft Teams
• Windows and Linux operating system on various server platforms, such as physical, virtual, and cloud environment.
• Wireless Network
• Knowledge of Network services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SFTP, SNMP, etc.
• Solution-oriented; ability to work with all levels of management and staff; and able to work with tight timeline and be on call.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and organization skills; meticulous, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Self-starter and self-learner
• Experience working in international environment


• Provide end user support to resolve issues, keep track of the requests and incidents, analyze trends, and come up with the solution to reduce reoccurrences and enhance productivity using IT Ticketing system.
• Promote Cybersecurity awareness by providing tips or presentations to employees.
• Maintain documentations such as end user support material, technical documentation, and SOPs.
• Support initiatives to deliver new solutions with the IT leadership team, infrastructure team, and application team.
• Support the IT Infrastructure to ensure smooth operation, perform proactive maintenance and health checks on environment and make recommendations.
