主要工作

．Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
．Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, printers, etc.).
．Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
．Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
．Document IT processes, procedures, and technical guides.
．Provide first-level technical support to internal users.
．Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and compliance tasks.

．Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
．Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
